No Longer Enough?
Something has shifted. You are doing what you have always done — trying, adjusting, working on yourself — and it isn't landing the way it used to. The effort goes out and nothing comes back. It is easy to read that as failure. To assume you need to try harder, or that you have somehow lost your way. You haven't. Darlene names what is actually happening: the moment you are standing in no longer responds to change. Change rearranges what is already there. It improves, adjusts, manages. Transformation is something else entirely — it does not tidy the old form, it releases it. Effort belongs to change. It was never meant to carry you through this.

Intuition VS Resistance
There's a voice that says not this and a voice that says not yet and from the inside, they can sound identical. Most of us have talked ourselves out of something true because it felt uncomfortable, and talked ourselves into something wrong because it felt exciting. The confusion isn't a flaw in your intuition. It's that no one ever taught you where in your body each one lives. Marie Manuchehri brings decades of work as an energy intuitive to a question that comes up in nearly every session she leads: How do I know if this is guidance or fear?

The Power of the Throat Chakra
Think of the last time you swallowed what you actually wanted to say. Maybe you softened it. Maybe you said "it's fine" when it wasn't. Maybe you rehearsed the sentence a hundred times and never said it at all. Most of us know that feeling — the tightening, the lump, the quiet closing of the throat. In this session, energy intuitive Marie Manuchehri explores the throat chakra: the energy center that governs expression, truth, and the courage to be heard. It sits between the heart and the mind, which is exactly why it's so often congested. It's the bridge between what you feel and what you're willing to let others know.

Find Your Joy: Manifesting in a Shifted World
For a long time, manifesting felt like effort. Vision boards and affirmations and trying to think the right thoughts hard enough. Wanting something so badly it almost hurt. Something has changed. In this session, energy intuitive Marie Manuchehri shares what she's observing in the energy of the planet right now — a shift that has made creation faster and more responsive than it's ever been. What used to take years of pushing can now move in weeks. But there's a catch, and it isn't about discipline or willpower. It's about joy. Marie explores why joy has become the most reliable signal in this new energy — not as a reward you receive after everything works out, but as the very frequency that calls your life toward you. When you're operating from obligation, fear, or urgency, you're broadcasting one thing. When you're operating from genuine delight, you're broadcasting something else entirely. And the earth is listening more closely than it used to.

Releasing Rejection
Deep trauma doesn't just live in our thoughts—it lives in our cells. For Alaya, rejection that began before she was even born, that lived in her mother's womb and echoed through generations, was literally being held and expressed by her body as chronic pain. In this transformational moment, Alaya describes the breakthrough: the moment she released the cellular memory of rejection that went back to being an ovum in her mother's ovary. And what happened when her body no longer needed to hold that story. She danced for the first time in years. Her hips moved freely. The pain that had stopped her life was gone. But what shifted most profoundly was deeper: a complete cellular reconciliation with her mother. A love that goes beyond understanding, into embodiment. This is the power of true healing. Not just fixing the symptom, but releasing the ancestral, cellular, and emotional patterns that the body has been faithfully expressing all along. When we align with our deepest truth, when we heal our inherited wounds, our souls can finally embody fully. Because the body was never broken. It was speaking the only language it knew—the language of ancestral trauma. And when that trauma is released, everything transforms. Embracing Regrets
Most of us carry regret quietly. The choice we didn't make. The words we said, or the ones we never got to say. The version of our life we thought we'd be living by now. We're often told to let regret go as if it's simply dead weight. But regret is energy, and energy always has something to tell us. In this session, energy intuitive Marie Manuchehri offers a different way. Rather than pushing regret away or drowning in it, Marie explores what happens when you turn toward it with love.

How to Change: First-Order and Second-Order change
Change isn’t always simple—sometimes it’s about small adjustments, and other times it’s about deep transformation. In this video, we break down the difference between first-order change (surface-level, incremental shifts) and second-order change (fundamental, structural transformation). You’ll learn: • What first-order change looks like in daily life and why it often doesn’t last. • How second-order change goes deeper, addressing the root causes behind patterns. • Practical examples of both types of change in personal growth, relationships, and organizations. • How to recognize which kind of change you need—and tools to move toward lasting transformation. Whether you’re seeking small improvements or radical breakthroughs, this video will help you understand the psychology of change and how to embrace it more effectively.
